Acceptance of Terms
By accessing palmspringsdecor.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or otherwise have legal capacity to enter into the purchase, and that the information you provide is accurate.
Product images are prepared to represent the artwork as accurately as possible. Screen settings and the natural characteristics of printed materials may create small differences in color or appearance.
From Cart to Confirmation
Order Information
Prices, available sizes, framing options, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown before you submit payment. If we identify an obvious pricing, availability, address, or fraud-related problem, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel and refund the affected order.
Payment Providers
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment details are transmitted over encrypted connections. Palm Springs Decor does not store your full payment card number or security code.
Whop Payments
When you choose a card or wallet payment processed through Whop Payments, Whop handles the payment and acts in the merchant-of-record / payment-processing role described in its Buyer Terms. Whop may appear on your card or bank statement as the payment processor.
Palm Springs Decor remains the supplier of the artwork and is responsible for product descriptions, fulfillment, customer support, returns, and refund decisions. By using a Whop-processed payment method, you also agree to the applicable Whop Buyer Terms and acknowledge the Whop Privacy Policy.
If you choose PayPal directly at checkout, PayPal processes that payment under its own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Shipping, Cancellations & Returns
Delivery
Production and shipping details are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carriers, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Before Production
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, the order may need to follow the standard return process.
30-Day Policy
Eligibility, return shipping, damaged-order support, and refund timing are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Intellectual Property & Liability
Artwork, original designs, brand assets, product photography, written content, and other original material on this website are owned by Palm Springs Decor or used with appropriate permission. They may not be reproduced or commercially reused without permission.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Palm Springs Decor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Any direct liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the order in question, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States. If a mandatory consumer-protection rule in your location provides additional rights, those rights are not intended to be waived by these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our store, payment providers, fulfillment process, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version.
