Orders & Products
What sizes are available?
We offer prints in sizes ranging from 11×14″ up to 30×40″. The available sizes for each print are listed on the individual product page.
Are the prints ready to frame?
Yes. All prints are sized to standard frame dimensions, so you can pick up a frame at any home store without custom cutting. They arrive unframed, rolled in a protective tube or flat-packed.
Can I order a custom size or design?
Custom sizing may be available for select prints. For custom design inquiries, contact us at info@palmspringsdecor.com — we’re happy to discuss options.
Do you sell framed prints?
We sell both unframed prints and matching frames for all available poster sizes. You can find frames for your print directly in our shop — sized to match perfectly, no trimming needed.
Can I order multiple prints together?
Absolutely — add as many prints to your cart as you like. Multiple items in one order ship together in one secure package.
Print Quality & Materials
What is the quality of the posters?
Our prints are produced using the Giclée process — the same standard used in fine art galleries. We use museum-grade archival paper — 80 lb (200 gsm) and pigment-based inks that are fade-resistant for 70+ years under glass. Colors are rich, accurate, and built to last.
What kind of paper do you use?
We use premium archival matte or satin paper at 80 lb (200 gsm) or heavier. It’s acid-free and lignin-free, meaning it won’t yellow or become brittle over time.
Will the colors fade over time?
Our Giclée pigment inks are rated fade-resistant for 70+ years when displayed under glass and away from direct sunlight. The colors you see on screen are what you get on paper.
Where are the prints produced?
All prints are produced in the United States at a professional fulfillment facility. Every print is inspected before it ships.
Shipping & Delivery
Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is free on all orders within the United States. We also ship internationally; rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 2–4 business days. After that, US delivery takes 2–5 business days. Total time from order to your door is typically 4–9 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery times and rates for international orders vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. You can track it in real time directly from that email.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes are possible if you contact us quickly — before production begins. Reach us at info@palmspringsdecor.com and we’ll do our best to help right away.
Damaged & Missing Orders
What if my print arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that. Send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery at info@palmspringsdecor.com and we’ll send a replacement right away — no questions asked.
My order never arrived. What do I do?
If your tracking shows delivered but your package isn’t there, wait one extra day and check with neighbors or your building’s front desk. If it still hasn’t shown up, contact us and we’ll sort it out immediately.
Can I return a print if I change my mind?
Because each print is made to order just for you, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. But if there’s ever a quality issue with your print, we’ll always make it right.
