From Order to Your Door

Order Confirmed

As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Keep this handy — you’ll need it to track your shipment.

Production (2–4 Business Days)

Your print is produced on demand specifically for you — printed, quality-checked, and carefully packed at our US-based fulfillment facility. This stage takes 2–4 business days.

Shipped — Tracking Email Sent

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Click the link in that email to follow your package in real time via the carrier’s website.

Delivered (2–5 Business Days)

US delivery takes 2–5 business days from the ship date. For international orders, delivery times vary by destination. Your tracking link will always show the latest status.

Tracking FAQ

I didn’t receive a tracking email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, your order may still be in production (2–4 business days). If more than 5 days have passed since your order, contact us at info@palmspringsdecor.com and we’ll look into it right away.

The tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received anything.

Carriers sometimes update tracking before the package is at your door. Wait one additional day and check with neighbors or your building’s front desk. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us — we’ll sort it out.

My tracking hasn’t updated in several days.

Tracking updates can sometimes lag, especially for international shipments or during peak periods. If tracking hasn’t moved in more than 5 business days, reach out to us at info@palmspringsdecor.com.

Can I change my delivery address after shipping?

Once an order has shipped, address changes are handled directly by the carrier. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help you get in touch with the right people.
