Refund & Returns Policy
We stand behind every print we sell. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Made-to-Order Products: All prints are produced on demand specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. However, we fully cover defects, damage, and errors on our end.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print quality issue, we will replace it at no cost to you. To qualify:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Email info@palmspringsdecor.com with your order number
- Include clear photos showing the damage or defect
Once we review your request, we’ll send a replacement right away.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong print, wrong size, or a product that doesn’t match your order confirmation, contact us within 7 days and we’ll send the correct item at no charge.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please:
- Wait one additional business day — carriers sometimes mark orders early
- Check with neighbors or your building’s front desk
- Contact us if still unresolved — we’ll investigate and resolve it
For orders confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will resend your order free of charge.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After that, your print is already in production and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at info@palmspringsdecor.com if you need to cancel.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Prints that have been framed or altered
- Items reported more than 7 days after delivery
